Vantage is operated by VantageApp LLC, North Carolina, USA. References to Vantage, we, us, or our refer to Vantage and its operator.
Information we collect from users
We collect information needed to operate Vantage, including your email address, password credentials, account status, subscription status, billing identifiers, saved targets, product usage data, support requests, and other information you provide when using the service.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Vantage does not store your full card number or payment credentials. Stripe may process payment, billing, tax, fraud prevention, and customer portal information according to its own policies.
Public property and municipal data
Vantage uses public municipal enforcement, violation, and property-related data to surface property-level distress signals. Public records may include property addresses, case records, violation descriptions, dates, statuses, agency information, and similar public data depending on the source.
Owner/contact enrichment data
When a user runs owner/contact enrichment or skip tracing, Vantage may process property addresses and related lookup information through third-party data providers to return possible owner names, phone numbers, email addresses, contact flags, and related enrichment results. These results may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and should be independently verified.
How we use information
We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, manage accounts, process subscriptions, load saved results, provide exports, improve reliability, monitor usage, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with users about their account, billing, product updates, or support requests.
Analytics, cookies, and advertising measurement
We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, including Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand site usage, measure campaign performance, and improve Vantage. These tools may use cookies, device information, page views, events, and similar technical data.
Data sharing
We do not sell user account data. We may share limited information with service providers needed to operate Vantage, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, payment, customer support, and owner/contact enrichment providers. We retain information as needed to operate Vantage, maintain account and billing records, provide saved results, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Saved targets, exports, and enrichment results may remain associated with your account unless deleted or removed as part of account maintenance.
Your choices
You may contact us to request help with account access, cancellation, support, or deletion requests. Some information may need to be retained for billing, security, compliance, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
