Use of Vantage
Vantage provides property distress intelligence based on public municipal enforcement and violation records, saved target lists, exports, and owner/contact enrichment tools. You are responsible for how you use the information and for complying with all applicable laws, rules, platform requirements, and outreach restrictions.
No investment, legal, tax, or financial advice
Vantage is an information and workflow tool. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, financial, underwriting, brokerage, or property management advice. Users should independently verify all property, ownership, legal, financial, and contact information before making decisions or taking action.
No guarantee of deals or seller motivation
Vantage does not guarantee that any property owner is motivated to sell, that a property is available for purchase, that a property is distressed, that outreach will succeed, or that any investment result will occur. Scores, cases, signals, and contact enrichment results are intended to support research and prioritization only.
Data accuracy and availability
Public records and municipal feeds may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, changed, unavailable, stale, or inaccurate. Cities and agencies publish data differently, and records may not reflect the current status of a property, case, owner, or violation. Vantage does not guarantee that any signal, score, property record, municipal case record, owner record, phone number, email address, or export is complete, accurate, current, or fit for a specific purpose.
Owner/contact enrichment and skip tracing
Owner/contact enrichment and skip tracing results may be incomplete, outdated, mismatched, or inaccurate. Contact results may include phone numbers, emails, names, flags, or other data that require independent verification. You are solely responsible for reviewing any do-not-call, litigator, privacy, consent, and other compliance considerations before outreach.
Outreach compliance
You are responsible for complying with all laws and rules that apply to your outreach, including telephone, text messaging, email, direct mail, privacy, fair housing, do-not-call, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state consumer protection, licensing, and local laws. You may not use Vantage for unlawful, harassing, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or noncompliant outreach.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Vantage or any data from Vantage for tenant screening, credit decisions, employment decisions, insurance eligibility, consumer reporting, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
Subscription, trial, and cancellation
Vantage is offered as a monthly subscription. Unless otherwise stated, the plan includes a 7-day free trial and then renews at $99 per month until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method may be charged. Access may continue through the end of the paid billing period unless the account is terminated for abuse, misuse, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.
Service changes
Vantage may change, add, limit, or remove features, markets, datasets, scoring methods, exports, enrichment tools, or pricing over time. We may also limit access to specific features if a data provider, municipal source, technical issue, or compliance concern requires it.
Limitation of liability
Vantage is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage is not liable for lost profits, missed opportunities, incorrect data, failed outreach, business losses, compliance issues, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from use of the service.
